MARK J. FRASER
Mark Fraser began his professional career as a corporate tax accountant, and spent 5-years in that field. He then decided to undertake a career as an attorney and attended the University of Florida, College of Law. Upon graduation from UF Law, Mr. Fraser began his legal career as a litigation attorney with the law firm of Watson, Folds Steadham and Walker, P.A. in Gainesville, Florida. During his 5-years with the firm he represented hundreds of clients with various disputes, claims and issues. Also during that time Mr. Fraser gained much experience in civil litigation.
Mr. Fraser ventured out on his own and established the law office of Mark J. Fraser, Attorney at Law in 2002. During the years subsequent to establishing his own law office, he has furthered his practice and now specializes mainly in Family Law, Construction Law, Real Estate and Business and Commercial Law.
Mr. Fraser has resided in Gainesville, Florida for 25 years and has practiced in Alachua, Marion, Levy, Gilchrist, Bradford and several other counties throughout the State of Florida for over 22 years. He is also licensed to practice in the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida Federal Court system.

Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996, Mr. Fraser has over 20 years practicing civil law in Gainesville, Florida. He has successfully helped those involved in contract breaches, landlord/tenants disputes, and those with divorce and child support issues. Our firm represents and advises clients who are or might become involved in a lawsuit or appeal as a result of a dispute, including prevention and settlement.
